Before You Book
At EverGlow Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality care by allocating sufficient time for each individual patient. To help us do so, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to attend without notice (no-show), you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of a standard consultation.

​Of course, cancellations or changes due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness, accidents, or a family member’s illness are completely understandable. However, if you are aware in advance that you will need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible.

Early notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients, such as those in urgent need of treatment or on our waiting list.

If you cancel your appointments repeatedly, we may request a deposit when booking future appointments.

If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. illness or accident), please contact us as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that you only book your appointment once you have read and agreed to this policy.
